After you book an appointment, you will receive an in-depth health questionnaire, which you should fill in prior to your consultation. This extensive questionnaire will give me a better understanding of all your body’s systems and your health goals. You’ll be also asked to send any test results undertaken within the last 6 months and any medical records.

The health questionnaire includes:

  • Your symptoms
  • Medications you have taken (past and present)
  • Your health history (since birth)
  • Health family history
  • Detailed questions related to different body’s systems: e.g. digestive system, nervous system, reproductive system etc.
  • Assessment of your sleep and stress level
  • Detailed dietary intake
  • Lifestyle and physical activity

The initial consultation lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours and takes place online. During this time we will get a chance to get to know each other and we will discuss the information you provided in the questionnaire. At this point I will adopt the role of health detective, gathering lifestyle, medical, and dietary clues from past to present. As I get a better understanding of how your body may be functioning and what’s impacting your health, we will discuss which areas will be prioritised in your treatment plan. After each appointment I’ll spend time outside of our consultation to research the medical literature and analyse the information you provide in conjunction with your lab results in order to deliver a protocol that meets your needs and goals.

Your personalised treatment program will include:

  • Specialised dietary programs (recipes included)
  • Educational materials that will help you implement changes

Going to the gym once or twice a month won’t make you fit. The same rule applies when it comes to improving your health. Your body is clever and it will heal given the right tools. Follow-up consultations will allow us to monitor your progress and make any adjustments.

Follow up consultation (60 mins) is required between three and four weeks after the first consultation to best optimise your health.
